SPR# OIHZ8TFSFX - Added a tooltip that displays when hovering over the Designer Preference for LotusScript Editor: "Save and Sign design elements during automatic recompilation." The tip explains the scope of this preference. When enabled, all LotusScript design elements that refer to the design element that is currently being edited will be resaved and resigned.
